This very special, very limited-edition of 75 hand-numbered silkscreen slipcases printed by Kayrock Screenprinting in Brooklyn, New York, is a four color, four-layer on Colorplan 270gsm black paper with a bellyband that's custom-made to perfectly fit four Tool magazines. Those issues — previously only available via the now sold-out Tool box set, are Revolver's AUG/SEPT 2019 magazine, but with four alternate covers — one of each band member.
The exterior slipcase is a third mesmerizing original piece of artwork from both sold-out slipcase editions by JONDIX. The painter, illustrator and tattooist is known throughout the heavy music community for his work with YOB, Electric Wizard, Grand Magus and more.
The cover photography for the issues was done by Travis Shinn, a California-based photographer and videographer who has worked with hundreds of artists. A longtime collaborator with Tool, Shinn also worked on the 10,000 Days LP that won a Grammy Award in 2006 for Best Recording Package.
