Guide to Broadcast Management Solutions – ebook

Guide to Broadcast Management Solutions

Until recently the concept of business management for our industry was relegated to simple spreadsheets and Post-it notes. But that is all changing with the influx of new business management and scheduling software that not only replaces but expands the capabilities of what our industry used to refer to as "traffic and billing." Although the cloud is gaining acceptance among production staffs, it's also allowing station groups and other media companies to centralize information, allowing sales directors and network executives to improve analysis of business data, leading to a clearer picture of sales and expenses.
