 Extending its leadership in professional monitoring solutions, Augspurger Monitors introduces the Solo 8 system at NAMM 2018, bringing legendary Augspurger precision, clarity and impact to new audiences and applications.
The compact Solo 8 brings a new near-field monitoring experience to smaller environments and offers a portable solution to those who insist on having genuine Augspurger monitoring for their remote projects.
Each compact Solo 8 cabinet (16"W x 20.675"H x 17.5"D) utilizes an 8" carbon fiber-loaded paper cone low/mid woofer ensuring tight bass and clean focused midrange performance. A 4" 99.97% pure beryillium diaphragm is matched to Augspurger's proven MidFocus "MF" solid rock maple horn, found on their other MF series monitors.
The Solo 8 is powered by an Augspurger D-Class DSP plate amp delivering 500W LF/250W HF horn, ensuring plenty of headroom with very low distortion. On-board DSP allows for personalized and optimized acoustic room integration. Visitors can see and hear the new Solo 8 at Booth 15106.

 NUGEN Audio's award winning MasterCheck Pro is a loudness, dynamics and codec toolset that supports engineers in optimizing their mix for music streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music. Version 1.5 will be introduced at NAMM with two enhancements:

 RCF continues to expand the HDL family of line array products with the HDL30-A. The HDL30-A is high powered, lightweight, easy to array offering full-range frequency linear response. A compact, 2200-watt bi-amped two-way cabinet, the HDL30-A features two neodymium 10" woofers coupled with a 4" voice coil high-frequency compression driver mounted on a time coherent 100°x15° waveguide.
