Today's cloud-based applications and unified communications (UC) platforms such as Microsoft's Skype for Business (formerly Lync), Google Hangouts and WebEx, enable users to quickly and conveniently communicate and collaborate. But blending the high adoption, lower cost UC collaboration experience with a traditional AV group collaboration space has its challenges.
