· Liberman Broadcasting-owned Estrella TV has promoted Scott Haugenes to senior vice president of network sales from VP, new business development, responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for the network and its Fenomeno Studios. He reports to Liberman chief operating officer Winter Horton.

· Rosina Grosso has been added as a co-host of the Telemundo sports highlights show Titulares y Más Coors Light, which is adding a late-night edition on Saturdays and Sundays, starting Nov. 5. Grosso joins hosts Miguel Gurwitz, Karim Mendiburu and Ana Jurka. She has appeared on Univision's now-concluded Sábado Gigante.
