Rapper 2 Chainz recently purchased a new home in the Hollywood Hills, complete with a 1,400-foot studio. Legendary guitarist Steve Vai owned the four-story, three-bedroom, 4.5 bath home for 28 years before selling it in 2015 for $1.5 million.
