Who is eligible to be nominated? The Diversity Awards in Television and Video are given in celebration of executives who are acknowledged to be leaders in the business of multicultural TV and have contributed to the sustained viability of this particular business segment. Nominees must be actively working in media and be able to accept the award in person at the ceremony on December 5, 2016 in New York City. |

What information must I provide on the nomination form? In addition to the nominee's contact information, company info, job title, etc. there are five additional required questions:
1. How many years in the business of TV and video for diverse audiences? 2. Is the nominee responsible for generating revenue? If yes, in which area? 3. What role does the nominee play in TV and Video for diverse audiences? 4. Why should the judges consider your nominee? 5. Tell us about one incident or project that demonstrates this nominee's abilities and accomplishments in supporting the viability and growth of the multiethnic TV business.
