#1 EAW and Mackie hit the road to support their new end-to-end audio solution
  via SVC
EAW and Mackie are touring the U.S., showing their powerful new end-to-end audio solution designed for production and system integration. Featuring stops at all key U.S. markets, the L3 Tour kicks off on July 11, 2016, running through Labor Day. More»
Why This Matters: This is interesting. EAW has released a new Dante-enabled install speaker line called RADIUS that pairs with Mackie's new AXIS digital mixing system. Radius. Axis. Get it? #3 Why startups are struggling

Meanwhile, though, a host of economic researchers have been telling a much bleaker story: American entrepreneurship is actually on the decline, and has been for decades. More»
Why This Matters: According to the data presented by MIT, 2013 Americans started fewer businesses than they did in 1980. I would not have guessed that. Likewise some of the other information in this article is counter-intuitive compared to what it "feels like" has been going on. I guess that's true of many things. -Cynthia Wisehart
