FCC's O'Rielly: Netflix Did Not Violate Neutrality Rules

While the FTC may have grounds to investigate Netflix over downgrading video quality for some wireless services — prominently AT&T and Verizon — and not others, the over-the-top subscription VOD provider "never violated the commission's net neutrality rules," Republican FCC member Michael O'Rielly told an American Action Forum audience.  John Eggerton reports.
