Remote collaboration is easier than ever before. From desktops and mobile devices, employees hold ad hoc audio and video conference calls, present and share content, send instant messages, schedule meetings and more. They use cloud-based applications and unified communications (UC) platforms such as Microsoft's Skype for Business (formerly Lync) or Cisco's Jabber, to conduct their communication activities.
