ESPN has filed a lawsuit in state Supreme Court in New York against Verizon Communications over its controversial "skinny" TV package, Custom TV. more

Verizon has alleged that Dish illegally colluded with designated entities (DEs) Northstar Wireless and SNR Wireless during the AWS-3 auction bidding, according to ex parte notifications of meetings it held with top FCC officials. Dish countered that it complied with all legal requirements, including antitrust laws. more
