NAB Predicts $850 Million Reimbursement Shortfall After Repack
The broadcast lobby told regulators it won't matter what type of form they use to reimburse displaced TV stations after the incentive auction if it doesn't change its channel-repacking strategy.

LPTV Digital Transition Comment Period Extended
Regulators have extended the feedback deadline on their proposed rules for the final transition of low-power TV broadcasters to digital transmission. The FCC is proposing, among other things, to open a special filing window for displaced low-power stations.

IBM: Mobile Surpasses PC Shopping on Thanksgiving for the First Time
For the first time, online traffic from mobile devices outpaced traditional PCs on Thanksgiving Day, according to IBM's real-time analysis of transaction data. Thanksgiving Day reached a new mobile tipping point with browsing on smartphones and tablets accounting for 52.1 percent of all online traffic. Overall, Thanksgiving online sales were up 14.3 percent compared to 2013.
