San Fran's KGO Covers Storms
Cumulus station KGO(AM) kept San Francisco Bay area residents informed about last week's West Coast storms that caused at least two deaths. In addition to live on-site coverage, business and tech reporter Jason Middleton covered the economic impact of construction delays due to the storm. | Deezer Names New CEO
Effective Feb. 1, 2015, Dr. Hans-Holger Albrecht will take over as CEO for music streaming service Deezer. He will also serve on the company's board of directors. The appointment comes at a time of rapid international expansion for the company and following its launch in the United States in September, which saw it target high-end audio enthusiasts with High Definition lossless sound and partnerships with manufacturers Sonos and Bose.
