Programmers' perspective on rights as well as programming strategies for VOD and marketing will be discussed. The panel will also look at balancing privacy issues with opportunity to monetize information, a big challenge for operators with access to their set-top box data. To this point, MSOs use it mostly for subscriber marketing rather than targeted advertising.
