Parsons and his co-author, Julian Colbeck, sat down with PSN at the 137th AES Convention for a spirited chat on mentoring, EQ'ing overheads and why George Harrison took too long to record guitar solos.
"The day before, we were in rehearsals and it started pouringwe got shut down by a crazy rainstorm. We were only halfway through, and it was the first time on the stage, using this elaborate set that they put together for her. So the next morning, we got back out there and ran it a couple of times.
