That Sweetwater Sound is based in Fort Wayne while becoming the largest online/telephone retailer of MI and Pro Audio gear in the USA is a fascinating story in itself, but that's not the story we're here to tell today. On a scale of one to 10, for the amount of lead vocalist attention he needs, he's probably a solid eight.
