More» Why This Matters: The so-called optical phased array (OPA) is integrated into the chip to allow the electronic projection of an image using a single laser diode. So far it can do only the very simplest of projections. But—it's a single chip, so it's research to be aware of. Then, if they get embedded somewhere outside your YouTube channel they won't be anonymous. Apparently you only have to make the little pre-roll once and then you can assign it to whichever videos you want.
