#1 Samsung Prepping Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, Leaked Image Shows
In 2010, Samsung took the wraps off of its first Android tablet, the 7-inch Galaxy Tab. The years that followed saw successively newer models in the Galaxy Tab line debut, with the most recent unit being the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. Given the Galaxy Tab family's long history, you might be thinking that we'll see another new group of GTabs in 2014. Well, if you are, you're probably right.  (Android And Me)
Why This Is Important: If the leaked image is accurate, the next Galaxy Tab will be slightly less curvy than the Tab 3 and will have slightly different controls on its face.

#2 Xbox One's Price Keeps Shrinking
A handful of retailers in the U.S. have been cutting the price of the Xbox One, a possible sign Microsoft's new videogame console isn't gaining as much traction as expected. (Wall Street Journal)
Why This Is Important: The holiday console wars had an apparent winner with Sony's $100-cheaper PlayStation 4. The PS4 outsold the Xbox One by more than 1 million units by the end of 2013
