The broadcasters' organization has come out strongly against a bill to decrease the tax deductibility of advertising expenses. The group says such legislation would be job-killing and economically destructive.

REC's Informal Objection Led to LPFM LOI
The LPFM consultancy, on behalf of itself and other LPFM advocacy groups, had protested to the FCC about 245 applications filed by Antonio Cesar Guel and the Hispanic Christian Community. The agency followed up with a Letter Of Inquiry to Mr. Guel about 14 of the applications.
