Anaheim, CA (January 22, 2014)—QSC Audio Products is debuting its The TouchMix Series digital mixer line featuring the TouchMix-8 (12 input channels) and TouchMix-16 (20 input channels). The mixers offer Advanced Mode operation, providing control over all parameters, or Simple Mode, allowing use of only essential controls. Debuting at NAMM this week, the mixers will be available in mid-2014.

To be honest, some days there's so many that they become a giant blur of promotion where nothing stands out. But today, I stumbled across one release for a new boutique studio in Boston, Plaid Dog—and this one stood out for an unexpected reason.
"It always seems like recording is going to be so easy in the studio, and that you can hash it out in a couple of tries.
