FCC Seeks Input on EAS Operational Issues Some two years after the national EAS test, the FCC's Public Safety & Homeland Security Bureau is asking for public input on equipment and operational issues identified after the test. In a notice, the FCC says it's starting a dialog with the EAS community to develop recommendations for commission action, if needed.
