New Webinar: Drilling Down on the Post-Auction Repack

REGISTER TODAY!

The end of the broadcast incentive auction will mark the beginning of a 39-month process of fitting U.S. TV stations into fewer channels. Estimates indicate that upwards of 1,200 stations may have to move to a new channel assignment in the reduced TV band, requiring massive coordination with the FCC, equipment vendors, pay TV carriers and spectrum neighbors, including wireless service providers.

Questions persist about the timeframe, equipment availability, the duplex gap, potential interference, reimbursement and ATSC 3.0 among others. TV Technology's Deborah McAdams and B&C's John Eggerton will cover these points and field audience questions during the third installment in our Spectrum Auction Preparation Webinar series.

Who Should Attend:
Chief engineers
Chief operating executives
Broadcast equipment suppliers
Broadcast engineering consultants
National and regional wireless providers
Regional spectrum coordinators
Multichannel video providers

We Will Discuss:
The 39-month timeframe: Is it sufficient?
Equipment vendors: What they need to know now?
Landing in the duplex gap: What are the inherent potential complications?
Coverage area impact: What are current limits on antenna pattern changes?
Relocation reimbursement: Will $1.75 billion cover it?
