NewBay Media has announced its first annual Best of Show Awards, honoring outstanding products exhibited at the InfoComm Show. Awards will be given by NewBay Media publications Sound & Video Contractor, AV Technology, Digital Signage, Pro Sound News, Pro Audio Review, Mix, Music Festival Business and Government Video magazines.

In the mid-90s, Canadian avant garde composer John Oswald mixed and layered together 100 live recordings of the band playing it, condensing 40 hours into a wild, 107-minute result known as Grayfolded. 20 years later, it's being released on vinyl for the first time as a three-LP set, but here's our original coverage on Grayfolded's creation, from the December, 1995 issue of Pro Sound News.
