FCC to Conduct OET-69 Update Webinar
The Federal Communications Commission will be holding a webinar this Thursday on its TV station channel repacking software. Specifically, the discussion will focus on the OET-69 TVStudy software update released by the commission on July 22, 2013.

In September 1983, when we launched TV Technology, the Internet had not yet become an international communication phenomenon, cable was still in its infancy and satellite was characterized by those huge C-band dishes, which were still mostly found in rural communities.
